Delivery
Stock items will be shipped within 7-14 Days following notification of the satisfactory clearing of your credit card funds / Cheque. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as the manufacturer sends them to us. Our aim is to ship out of stock goods within 28 working days of order. We charge for large items to be delivered, this includes luggage and large bags.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT has been added, this is shown on the price you see on the screen and details included on your order confirmation.

Crown Workwear has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

By purchasing items from this site you are signifying your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions contained therein. If you do not agree with any of the information in these pages, please cease your use of this site.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Crown Workwear is fully committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will never sell or make available your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not send unsolicited email marketing. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future.

This is required to enable us to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about your order.

We do not have access to your Credit/Debit Card details. This information is securely processed by our credit card clearing organisation called Paypal / 2Checkout. Paypal / 2Checkout notify us only of the amount paid, your name, address and payment reference (ie Shopping Cart Number.)

Crown Workwear will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You have the right to check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at sales@Crownworkwear.co.uk. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Information - Returns
Crown Workwear provides high quality goods and services.

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

To cancel your order you must contact us in writing, by fax or email within seven days of placing your order with us.

Crown Workwear is happy to replace/refund any goods that are confirmed faulty.

If you wish to return any goods, please contact us in writing, by fax or email prior to despatch stating your name, address, telephone number, email address, order reference, Paypal transaction reference, date of purchase, item/s purchased, and the order total. This will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without first contacting us.

As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the e-mail address you notified us with. Where a refund has been requested and agreed, we will request that Paypal credit your card transaction no later than 30 working days following the date of our confirmation e-mail.

If the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement items if held in stock will be despatched within 1 working day of the date of our confirmation e-mail. If the items are not in stock we will notify you of the new despatch date by e-mail.

You will not be charged delivery on the replacement of faulty items. If the returned items are not faulty and are to be sent back to you, our normal delivery charges will apply. We will of course confirm this to you by e-mail. If you would like further information on our returns policy please write, fax or email us.
